A: When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our Shipping info for current processing times and available shipping methods.

  

A: Yes, we do. We Have a 30-Day return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, under the terms; PRODUCT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS MUST BE FULLY PRESENT. EMAIL: CUSTOMERSERVICE@THINGSLIKEE.COM

 

A: Our processing time is 1-7 business days for an order to be processed through our system.

 

A: We are still shipping despite Covid-19, however shipping items for certain items may be delayed. If you have any questions regarding an order please don't hesistate to contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@THINGSLIKEE.COM make sure to include your order number in the email.

A: We are located in beautiful Los Angeles, California. 

 

A: We only have an online store at this time.  However, we will be doing pop up shops in the near future.

  

A: Yes. Orders over 75$ qualify for free shipping.

 

A: After checking out, and entering your customer information, you will be taken to the page where you can input any valid discount code you'd like to use.

 

A: We only allow one discount code per order

 

A: Yes, we offer electronic gift cards! All gift cards are non-refundable and are emailed to the buyer. The buyer can then print this gift card, or forward it to the person receiving the gift.
